The RealReal is seeking a Fulfillment Lead for its E-Commerce Center in Phoenix, AZ. As a Fulfillment Lead, you will help lead a team of Warehouse Technicians to achieve maximum efficiency and fulfillment metrics. The role involves planning and organizing departmental goals, coaching and motivating associates, and ensuring an efficient and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of work experience in inventory control, product analysis, or e-commerce production, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to lead and influence a team. Responsibilities: - Assist Supervisor in planning and organizing departmental goals - Partner with Supervisor to support associates by building a team environment - Coach and motivate associates to maximize performance and efficiency - Act as key contributor in the training & development of existing and newly hired associates - Coordinate with Supervisors to ensure that a sound maintenance program is implemented - Help ensure an efficient and safe work environment
