We are on a purpose-driven journey to transform the way people experience comfort in their homes, and we need your expertise to lead us there! 🌍 What You'll Do: ✨ Drive e-commerce growth that truly matters. ✨ Elevate customer comfort and satisfaction. ✨ Empower your team to change lives, one click at a time. 💡 What We're Seeking: 🚀 Entrepreneurial spirit - Fuel innovation in a fast-paced ecosystem. 📊 Data-driven mindset - Harness the power of data for change. 📈 Business impact - Collaborate with purpose-driven teammates. ✅ Responsibilities: ◽ Oversee E-commerce operations, Marketing, Software, and Product Vendor Relations. ◽ Get to 15K SKUs, up from about 2,500. ◽ Set up and manage the process to onboard and manage vendors. as well as run many of the day-to-day things on our Shopify site while growing, optimizing, and managing website site operations. ◽ Grow sales by adding products to the site and managing relationships with the vendors across various categories moving forward. ◽ Implement a plan on how to get to where we need to go (SKU-wise) and develop or grow the existing small team to achieve these results. ◽ Manage a team responsible for various aspects of e-commerce operations. ◽ Optimize website performance and user experience. ◽ Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement improvements. ◽ Oversee digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales.
