We are funded by top investment partners Accel, Elevation & Blume Ventures and have raised 31.8 Million USD in funding, including our latest Series B round.The Role - As we grow, ensuring a consistent, measurable, and delightful audit experience for our customers is critical to the success of our customers as well as Sprinto’s business.We’re looking for a Principal - Audits and Delivery Partnership to own and scale Sprinto’s Audit Experience Program — a critical, customer- and partner-facing initiative that defines how audits are run, partners are enabled, and customers achieve fast, frictionless compliance.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits within the Customer Experience function, with strong interfaces across Solutions, Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales. You’ll lead a team, drive partner onboarding, establish governance, and shape how audits are delivered at scale — with an eye on innovation and automation, including AI-assisted audit experiences.What will you own?End-to-end accountability for the Audit Lifecycle — for both customers and auditors.Lead a team of InfoSec and Audit specialists to deliver consistently excellent audit outcomes.Onboard, manage, and scale Sprinto’s partner network (audit firms and implementation partners)Set and enforce quality standards and governance (weekly reviews, SLAs, retrospectives)Define and track core KPIs like Audit TTV, Audit Success Rate, Audit Experience ScoreBuild repeatable playbooks for audit planning, execution, and ongoing engagementIdentify and remove bottlenecks across teams, tools, and workflows to improve audit velocity and experienceWhat we’re looking for:6+ years of experience in Information Security, Compliance, and Audit managementStrong understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, ISO27701, PCI-DSS, etc.Operational excellence: experience building and scaling programs/processesExperience managing teams and driving cross-functional outcomesPrior experience working with customers and partners globallyA tech-forward mindset: excited by how AI and automation can transform auditsExcellent communicator: able to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across functionsBenefits -Remote First Policy5 Days Working With FLEXI HoursGroup Medical Insurance (Parents, Spouse, Children)Group Accident CoverCompany Sponsored DeviceEducation Reimbursement Policy
