We are a remote first company with headquarters in Stockholm and over 300 employees across Europe.ResponsibilitiesLegal Advisory: Support the General Counsel and provide strategic legal advice to US operations, engineering, clinical and regulatory teams on a wide range of legal issues including commercial law, data protection, marketing, IP, compliance and acquisitions.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to inform strategy and facilitate business objectives, ensuring legal considerations are integrated into planning and decision making.Contract Management: Review and negotiate a range of commercial contracts, including software and technology agreements, supplier agreements and collaborations to ensure they align with company objectives.Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with our operations, technology and healthcare services expansion.Compliance: Monitor and advise on privacy and healthcare regulations in the US and other key markets including working with the Global privacy Lead on data protection agreements, terms of service, privacy notices and other data related disclosures.Corporate Governance: Support in the development and implementation of risk and compliance policies and procedures maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
