* Full ownership of the SEO account: roadmap, priorities, deliverables, outcomes.
* Strategy: technical and content audit, information architecture, intent-based opportunity mapping, internationalization/hreflang (if applicable).
* Execution: on-page (meta, headings, internal linking, schema), technical (Core Web Vitals, performance, indexation, log analysis, sitemaps/robots, JS SEO), off-page (quality-first digital PR/link earning).
* Reporting & analytics: define KPIs, set up dashboards (GA4 + GSC + Looker Studio), tie to business impact, biweekly/monthly insights.
* Client management (U.S. cliente): expectation setting, proactive communication, weekly status, coordination with product/devs/content/PR.
* SEO governance: guidelines, checklists, QA pre/post releases, support during migrations/redesigns.
* Experimentation: hypotheses, SEO A/B testing (when applicable), measurement and learnings.
* Risk management: monitoring, alerts, response to drops, penalties, or core update changes.
Requirements (must-have):
* 5–8+ years in SEO with enterprise experience and proven growth cases in the U.S. market.
* Advanced English, spoken and written: weekly client calls.
* Portfolio/case studies with metrics: % organic growth, CWV improvements, share of voice, revenue/conversions attributed.
* Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager.
* Expert use of Screaming Frog / Sitebulb, Ahrefs, Semrush and logs/performance tools.
* Technical foundation: HTML/CSS/JS, rendering, crawl budget, canonicalization, pagination, facets, Schema.
* Experience with enterprise CMS (e.g., Adobe, scaled WordPress, Shopify Plus, Magento) and with engineering teams (Jira/Asana).
* Full-time availability (40 hrs/week), remote.
