Requirements:
* 3 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in technical or operational environments.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily operations between external vendors and clients, ensuring alignment and timely execution of tasks (90% of the role).
* Maintain frequent communication via phone and email to confirm vendor arrival and scheduling.
* Manage the installation of systems when Allevio acquires a new clinic, ensuring the proper deployment of all technical components.
* Schedule and confirm the availability of clinic staff to receive internet technicians and other service providers.
* Oversee the post-onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration between the client and internal teams.
* Serve as the main point of contact between the client, vendors, and Allevio’s internal departments.
* Support the setup and coordination of phone systems across multiple clinic locations.
