Senior RevOps Analyst at TraceAir – a US-based site work intelligence software that empowers construction teams with critical data at their fingertips. TraceAir is a construction SaaS startup that provides data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. We currently work with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada. This is a great chance to work with a fast-growing Series B company. The team is looking for a dedicated Senior RevOps Analyst to manage data operations that support TraceAir's Revenue org and Sales teams. The successful candidate will handle large data sets, automate processes, and ensure data integrity while also providing critical analysis and reporting. Additionally, this role will require expertise in scraping and utilizing various data tools to source market information and identify new business opportunities. This role reports to the Head of RevOps. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: - Partner with GTM leadership to define and operationalize booking goals, lead targets, and key performance metrics. - Identify obstacles and opportunities across the revenue funnel and propose actionable solutions. - Build and maintain models to support market sizing, territory planning, pipeline health, and resource allocation. Systems & Automation: - Own and optimize the RevOps tech stack, including Salesforce (a must – primary tool), SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Calendly, and other GTM tools. - Ensure system hygiene, automation, and integration to minimize manual work and improve visibility and scalability. - Manage provisioning, licensing, and renewals, and ensure tools meet evolving business needs. Process & Enablement: - Design and enforce scalable GTM processes, including lead routing, deal desk workflows, pipeline reviews, and data SLAs. - Support Sales, SDR, Finance, and CS teams with playbooks, best practices, and change management during new rollouts. - Drive adoption of systems and processes through training, documentation, and ongoing support. Reporting & Insights: - Maintain a clean and reliable reporting infrastructure to support decision-making across teams. - Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting for pipeline, bookings, churn, campaign attribution, and sales performance. - Partner with BI to ensure metrics are accurate, accessible, and aligned across systems. Cross-Functional Leadership: - Act as the connective tissue between GTM, Product, and Finance teams. - Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and funnel efficiency. - Support deal desk escalations and pricing governance in partnership with sales leadership. Requirements: - Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance in a SaaS environment. - Fluent in English, with excellent vertical and lateral communication skills (both written and verbal) and business acumen. - The ability to work independently and proactively, as a function owner. - Robust experience with GTM strategies, operations, processes, optimization, and forecast modeling. - A strong background in Salesforce (especially data management, dashboard building, and reporting). - Experience in other CRMs, data platforms, and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and G-Connector G-Suite (Sheets and Documents). - Strong analytical skills with a track record of working effectively with large data sets to derive insights and drive strategy.
