American Heritage Lending, LLC, located in Irvine, CA, is seeking an HR Generalist. Founded in 2008, the company was established with the mission of standing out in a highly competitive market. Licensed in multiple U.S. states, our focus has been to create a dedicated care experience for the families we serve nationwide. Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable and organized HR Generalist with strong administrative and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment and have experience in conflict management, decision-making, employee relations, personnel administration, payroll, and benefits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Prepare and maintain employment records and files related to hiring, terminations, compensation, leaves, transfers, and promotions using HR software. * Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. * Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. * Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation programs accurately and on time. * Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution when necessary. * Assist managers and employees with HR-related questions and requests. * Support training and development initiatives. * Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes. * Generate and analyze HR reports, ensuring CRM accuracy and reporting cadence. * Perform additional administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role. * Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor legislation, and employment best practices. * Proficiency in HR software, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite. * Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. * Effective verbal and written communication abilities. * High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
