Key Responsibilities * Edit podcasts into short-form clips (6–25 seconds) with strong hooks, captions, and pacing. * Recreate trending reels, ensuring audio sync, visuals, and captions meet viral standards. * Maintain compliance across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — zero flags, zero takedowns. * Collaborate with the editing lead, apply feedback quickly, and uphold brand consistency. * Deliver at scale: 20–25 podcast clips and 30–40 reels per week.
