Requirements and responsibilities


Manage country-specific import activities for goods entering the US and Canada. Coordinate with suppliers, brokers, production, sales, and distribution centers to ensure accurate and timely operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in verbal and written English are required. Key responsibilities: * Review import documentation (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists) to ensure accuracy. * Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. * Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. * Address and resolve import delays or issues. * Maintain accurate records of all import transactions. * Communicate with internal teams (logistics, production, finance). * Manage vendor and service provider relationships. * Work within Lognet, our PO Management platform. Qualifications and skills: * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently as well as within a team.
