☁️ Janis is looking for a Mid senior UX/UI designer with a degree in graphic design, UX/UI design, web design, multimedia design, or other related careers.
📍 The candidate must live in Argentina.
✅ Requirements:
- At least three or more years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer. It is more relevant to have UX professional experience for this role.
- The candidate must know about app design with material design and human interface guidelines (Android and iOS).
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about user-centered design and interaction.
- The candidate must have advanced handling of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, sketch, or InVision.
- The candidate must have experience designing web, responsive and mobile interfaces.
- The candidate must have experience handling illustrator, photoshop, after effects, and premiere (Adobe creative suite).
✅ Nice to have:
It is a huge plus if you have
- Experience in user testing.
- Experience working in a team through project management tools and communication (Jira / Trello / Asana) (Slack, Teams).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of the eCommerce industry.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Participate in defining and understanding the design requirements validated between the Design and Development areas.
- Collaborate in conceiving the central and secondary objectives of the projects in which you will participate.
- Interpret and perform UX/UI analysis to understand the user's needs and optimize their experience.
- Prepare the visual design (wireframes), complying with the defined requirements so that the development team can translate it into graphical interfaces through code (HTML, CSS, and JS).
- Prepare visual style guides, color palettes, and fonts to apply to the projects you will participate.
- Estimate the duration of their tasks, considering the various stages defined by the area's leaders.
- Perform aesthetic quality control to ensure compliance with the graphic requirements agreed upon with the client.
- Participate in the various ceremonies of the assigned projects.
