The role involves preparing and cooking delicious pizzas to strict specifications, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate is a team player with great customer service skills and previous experience as a Pizza Chef. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook pizzas to the correct standard and specification - Minimize wastage by maintaining and storing products, assisting with deliveries, and managing company labelling and dating processes - Lead and motivate the kitchen team, communicate with management, and provide guests with the best possible experience - Ensure food safety and health & safety controls, follow opening and closing procedures, and maintain clean and tidy food storage areas
