Requirements and responsibilities

• Manage credit and collection activities such as processing payments, following up with past due accounts, credit risk monitoring, new customer set up, regular customer credit evaluations and keeping track of cash receipts. • Ensure the company is billing and collecting from customers on a timely basis through all relationships and payment processes. • Provide credit limit recommendations for new and existing customers based on Medely’s credit policy • Work within the team and collaborate with key stakeholders in engineering/product and operations to develop key reporting to manage and monitor customer receivable performance • Analyze and update processes and procedures around billing and collections. Collaborate with product and finance teams to identify and support the implementation of systems to bill and collect payments with automation. • Communicate effectively and maintain a professional relationship with external and internal customers • Conduct ad-hoc/ancillary projects in support of the overall credit function. • Other duties as assigned.
