Requirements and responsibilities


✅ Mandatory details: ● The position is full-time and the applicant should be available from Monday through Sunday from 6:00 AM PST to 8:00 PM PST. The expectation is to cover at least 40 scheduled hours that fall on any of the days mentioned above. Most commonly this will mean working 4 days of the week + 1 weekend day. ● Good Laptop (8 GB RAM minimum) setup with Chrome browser and Stable high-speed internet. We will ask about these requirements in the process. ● Your final compensation will depend on proficiency. You'll be paid hourly. We use the Upwork (www.upwork.com) platform to hire and pay our contractors. ● Due to legal reasons, we won't be able to hire candidates from the USA and Canada. ✅ Requirements: ● We will prioritize applicants with full experience in Sales roles instead of Marketing or Management. ● Advanced experience in Inside Sales, selling high-value consumer goods. ● Experience in managing deal pipelines independently and achieving monthly revenue targets. ● Strong communication and excellent customer rapport-building skills. ● Ability to develop and refine new sales processes. ● Attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skillset. ✅ Responsibilities: ● Be the voice of Ergeon to new leads interested in our home improvement services. ● Support Ergeon’s growth by walking customers through a high-touch, customer-oriented sales experience. ● Be focused on listening and creating the best customer experience above all else. ● Help refine existing sales processes and mentor junior team members to excel in their roles. ✅ Bootcamp: ● Before starting as a full-time employee, you will have a training/trial period: A World-class Sales Training of 5 weeks including 1-1 sessions, constant mentoring, teamwork, practical use and understanding of our technical tools, and live exercises to develop abilities. ● This period gives you the opportunity to decide if the job and the company are your perfect match, and it also helps us to know you better.
