We are looking for a Senior UX designer who lives or wants to live in Guadalajara, México, to enjoy our team and Hybrid work model. For that, We can sponsor the following: - Air ticket to Guadalajara (from anywhere in Mexico). - 15 days of AirBNB while you settle in the city. - Uber Trips from your location in Guadalajara to our offices. Your responsibilities will be: ✨ Lead customer advocacy and users’ needs. ✨ Actively identify problems and take the lead in creating solutions. ✨ Collaborate across BlueOptima to prioritise features based on user discoveries. ✨ Review implementation and stylistic bugs. ✨ Perform UX research to gather data, identify patterns and adapt. ✨ Provide guidelines to the team in regards to content creation and design frameworks. ✨ Design and document UI solutions. ✨ Set up knowledge-sharing processes that promote collaboration and training (i.e. Facilitate brainstorm meetings, run workshops).
