Requirements and responsibilities


• The student will have the opportunity to learn about Wello and how we operate. The following is a list of projects and tasks that the students may be involved in. This is not a comprehensive list and company needs and function of this role may shift as we enter the New Year. • Develop our employee onboarding program to include more aspects of wellness, promote good habits and improve efficiencies; • Support our marketing function by assisting with specific campaigns, projects, and social media planning to ensure our message is reaching the right audiences; • Support our sales team by ensuring they are receiving high-quality collateral, speaking points, and company information; • Organize client information and assist with onboarding clients and data migration; • Design an employee wellness program that can better support our team; • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of our mental health network; • Help evaluate and further develop our remote workplace strategy- help to strengthen our company engagement and come up with new ways to stay connected, promote wellness and team unity in these unprecedented times; • Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging and Equality strategy to ensure our hiring practices and internal policies align with this business commitment and social issues; • New system implementation including electronic medical records, workforce management, and learning management system migrations; • Review, assist and screen job applications and assist in the recruitment cycle; • Analyze, manipulate, collect and create standardized and ad hoc reports to help understand our business internally and externally; • Working as a client liaison and medical assistant using our internal platform to assist our medical professionals. • Additional tasks as assigned.
