Key Responsibilities:Lead operational implementation and optimization of OmegaAI True Universal WorklistDesign and deploy automated "Script-to-Scan" workflowsConfigure and optimize scheduling, intake, prior authorization, and radiology workflowsCoordinate with RamSoft, Alpha Nodus, and internal stakeholdersDrive UAT, staff training, go-live support, and clinical adoptionEnsure HIPAA and HITECH compliance throughout implementationRequired Qualifications:Strong experience in outpatient radiology operations and imaging center workflows3+ years of RIS/PACS implementation experienceExpertise in clinical workflow design, change management, and user trainingExperience working with radiologists, technologists, scheduling teams, and authorization processesExcellent vendor management and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred Experience:RamSoft OmegaAI (Cloud-Native RIS/PACS)Alpha Nodus Gravity Platform (Booking, Auth, Intake, Analytics)Success Metrics:Improved workflow efficiency and reduced manual administrative effortIncreased clinical throughput and worklist optimization100% staff adoption of new workflowsSuccessful delivery of all project milestones within the 120-day engagementWe are seeking an experienced Lead RIS & Clinical Workflow Implementation Consultant to lead the operational implementation, configuration, and workflow optimization of RamSoft OmegaAI® and Alpha Nodus Gravity AI platforms. This is a highly specialized role focused on outpatient radiology operations, RIS implementation, workflow automation, clinical change management, and end-user adoption.
