About the Role:Responsible for analyzing and investigating customer and transactional activity and data to identify patterns to confirm suspicious activity. Responsible for filing suspicious activity reports with regulatory agencies involving Pathward accounts and/or services, in accordance with bank procedures. This position requires the analyst to evaluate multiple banking product types, financial crime types, and systems.What You Will Do:Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity.Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity that has been escalated by internal teams, external partners and third parties including Law Enforcement.Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards.Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned.Other duties as assigned.
