Principal Identity Security Engineer – Saviynt, CIEM & Zero Trust Experience 8–14 Years Location Bengaluru Role Overview We are looking for a highly specialized Identity Security Engineer to architect and engineer enterprise identity security across Saviynt IGA, Microsoft Entra ID, CIEM, PAM and Zero Trust environments. This is not a conventional IAM administration role. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience designing identity controls across human, privileged, service and cloud identities. Key Responsibilities Own architecture and engineering of Saviynt IGA across JML, RBAC/ABAC, SoD, access certification and automated provisioning. Design identity-centric Zero Trust controls using Saviynt + Entra ID Conditional Access. Implement CIEM governance for AWS/Azure/GCP identities, roles, permissions and excessive privileges. Integrate Saviynt with Entra ID/AD, PAM platforms, HR systems, ServiceNow and cloud platforms. Design Just-in-Time (JIT) and least-privilege access models for privileged and high-risk identities. Develop identity risk controls for dormant, orphaned, toxic and excessive entitlements. Build automation using REST APIs, PowerShell/Python and Saviynt workflows. Establish identity security monitoring, audit evidence and control frameworks. Lead identity architecture for complex M&A / tenant consolidation / cloud transformation programs. Provide technical leadership for security engineering and identity governance teams. Mandatory Skills 8+ years in IAM / Identity Security / Cybersecurity Engineering Strong hands-on Saviynt IGA Expert Entra ID / Azure AD + Active Directory Strong CIEM / cloud IAM knowledge RBAC, ABAC, SoD, Access Certification and JML PAM integration with CyberArk / Delinea / Saviynt PAM REST/SOAP/SCIM/JDBC integrations PowerShell or Python automation Zero Trust architecture Strong understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP IAM Saviynt CIEM / ISPM JIT/JEA implementation Identity attack-path analysis Microsoft Entra Permissions Management Identity security posture management Identity integration following M&A Experience securing non-human/service identities CISSP / SC-300 / Saviynt certification
