Position Summary The Nurse Manager is responsible for leading and supporting a remote clinical support team to ensure exceptional patient service, operational excellence, and consistent adherence to clinical and quality standards. This role oversees day-to-day team performance, provides coaching and mentorship, supports provider workflows, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team ManagementLead, coach, and mentor a team of clinical support staff, including 15+ direct reportsConduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance check-ins, and formal coaching sessionsComplete documentation as needed, including corrective actions and written feedbackPromote accountability, engagement, and professional development across the teamPatient Support & ExperienceEnsure delivery of outstanding patient support and satisfactionManage escalations and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionallyMaintain high standards of service, responsiveness, and patient-centered communicationPromote accountability, engagement, and professional development across the team Provider Support & Operational CoordinationEnsure providers have the tools, information, and resources needed to deliver high-quality patient careSupport effective communication between clinical teams and providers to streamline workflowsAssist with operational problem-solving to remove barriers impacting patient careTraining, Onboarding & EducationSupport onboarding and training for new team members to ensure role readinessCreate and maintain SOPs, workflows, and training materials to standardize performanceReinforce compliance and best practices through coaching, audits, and feedbackQuality Oversight & AuditsConduct audits and performance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to protocolsIdentify gaps, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions when neededRequired Qualifications Active and unrestricted RN license in any U.S. stateA minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Manager, or equivalent leadership experienceProven experience managing a team with at least 10+ direct reportsStrong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and motivate othersExperience with coaching, performance management, and quality auditsProficiency with EMR systems and healthcare technology platformsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skills with a patient-first mindsetPreferred Qualifications Strong Excel skills, reporting, tracking, and performance metricsExperience building SOPs and developing training documentation/materialsWork Environment & Physical Requirements Remote work environment; home office or dedicated workspace requiredMust be able to work independently with minimal supervisionOccasional virtual meetings via video conferencing (camera on expected)Reliable high-speed internet connection requiredMust maintain a distraction-free, professional background for video callsSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm CentralFeatured Benefits Competitive salaryComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401k with employer matchPaid Time OffEmployee Perks & DiscountsWhy Join Ways2Well?The best work happens when purpose meets potential.
