Remote Contract Accountant, Bilingual English/Spanish (Path to Controller) Alesia Viticulture Services · Tierra Solutions · Ambassador Wine Garden Alesia is our family-run vineyard management company across California's Santa Cruz Mountains, and it touches over 60% of the AVA. We grew out of the standard set at Rhys Vineyards, and we farm to that standard every day. Tierra Solutions takes the same craft into landscaping, because our crew wanted more work and our clients wanted our excellence beyond the vines. Ambassador Wine Garden pours the region's wines and makes the case that they're world-class. Three companies, one finance team, and an AI-first operating system: agents and bots handle the routine work so people can focus on judgment calls. Requirements - Technical English, spoken and written. You'll talk through payroll, reconciliations and accruals in English every week. Part of the interview is in English. - Hands-on bookkeeping: payroll, AR/AP, tax prep support, reconciliations. - Strong QuickBooks knowledge (Online, Desktop or Intuit Enterprise Suite). - Real experience with AI agents and bots at work. You know where they speed you up and where they need checking. The work First, you'll help our Controller, Sofia, finish the migration to QuickBooks Intuit Enterprise Suite: multi-entity setup, chart of accounts, intercompany and data validation. After that: weekly crew payroll, hourly client billing, AR/AP, reconciliations and month-end close. The deal - Remote contract, based in Latin America (Mexico preferred) - $15–20 USD/hour, about 20 hours/week to start - A real path to full-time and to Controller as we grow - Work that's visible: the numbers you close run three businesses We read every application.
