PaperSync TC is seeking a highly detail oriented Transaction Coordination Assistant to support a fast paced real estate operations business. This role is focused on contract processing, email/trigger management in Open to Close, and maintaining accurate transaction files. This is a long term position for someone who values accuracy, consistency, and clear systems. ⏰ Schedule Monday through Friday 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM Eastern Time: Learning to process contracts 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time: Once contracts are learned Applicants must be fully available and online during these hours. 💻 Responsibilities • Process incoming real estate contracts within 1 to 2 hours of receipt • Send standardized templates and email communications after processing, including intro emails to all parties • Accurately update transaction systems and OTC to get the file out of "red" status • Follow detailed step by step procedures without deviation • Maintain organized digital files and records • Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy • Communicate promptly if instructions are unclear or issues arise ⚠️ Role Requirements This position requires: • Strong attention to detail • Ability to follow structured processes exactly • High level of accuracy in repetitive tasks • Reliability and consistency during working hours • Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems • Ability to chat during business hours about the process of your work through Google Hangouts • Screen sharing during training • Back up internet and computer equipment Due to the nature of real estate transactions, errors in processing or missed steps are not taken lightly.
