Job Title: Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator (Dispatcher).

Pay: $6-$7/hour, based on experience.
CRM: HomeWorx experience is a plus.
Work Setup: 100% Remote, U.S.-based company.
Role Overview:
- We are looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused professional who can keep daily operations running smoothly.
- You will handle customer communications, coordinate service appointments, dispatch field teams, and make sure customers and technicians stay informed.
- If you are good at managing schedules, handling customer concerns, and staying organized even on busy days, this could be a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messages.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate daily service dispatch.
- Respond to customer inquiries, service updates, and rescheduling requests.
- Communicate schedule changes and service details to customers and field technicians.
- Keep customer records, appointments, and service information accurate in the CRM.
- Provide administrative support to keep daily operations organized and on track.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or administrative support.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident handling customer calls and resolving concerns professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and manage changing schedules.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- HomeWorx experience is an advantage.
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
