The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in software development, with a substantial portion spent in leadership roles overseeing development teams. The role involves building and leading the HPE team, recruiting top talent, embedding foundational team practices, and nurturing a culture of excellence. The candidate should have mastery over C, C++, and C# programming languages, hands-on experience with the Mono framework, and in-depth understanding of cloud development paradigms. Additionally, the candidate should possess strategic vision, analytical aptitude, effective communication skills, adaptive nature, agile methodology expertise, and project management skills.
