- Moniepoint is a leading digital financial services platform for businesses in emerging markets - The company powers over a million businesses with payment, banking, credit, and business management tools - Moniepoint processes the majority of the POS transactions in Nigeria, with over $170 billion in annualized TPV - Recognized by the CBN as the most inclusive payment platform in Nigeria in 2022 Moniepoint is seeking a talented and passionate Data Scientist to join the Growth team. The Data Scientist will play a key role in developing, testing, and productionizing attribution and predictive algorithms using state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and optimization models. This role involves contributing to areas such as attribution modeling, CAC/mCAC modeling, LTV prediction, marketing mix modeling, and multichannel attribution and testing. The successful candidate will work in cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, and business, and will be responsible for developing, testing, and owning production marketing attribution models for better budgeting and increased marketing efficiency. Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and productionize attribution and predictive algorithms using machine learning algorithms and optimization models - Contribute to areas such as attribution modeling, CAC/mCAC modeling, LTV prediction, marketing mix modeling, and multichannel attribution and testing - Design experiments and interpret the results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions - Work in cross-functional teams across disciplines such as product, engineering, and business - Develop, test, and own production marketing attribution models for better budgeting and increased marketing efficiency
