Wonderschool is harnessing the power of technology to provide comprehensive support to child care providers operating out of their homes as well as in the government and non-profit sectors. Our products enable child care providers to create high-quality environments and meet the demands of their business, while also helping parents in need of childcare solutions through the creation of an accessible marketplace. Wonderschool is looking for a Sales Engagement Representative who is passionate about helping our customers succeed. You'll be responsible for owning the top of our sales and provider recruitment funnel. From qualifying leads to prospecting inbound and outbound opportunities, you will be the first line of education for our potential customers. You will also be responsible for communicating the value of Wonderschool and our products over the phone or through video demonstrations. Responsibilities: - Drive engaging conversations with customers to learn their pain points and how Wonderschool can improve their businesses. - Conduct outreach to potential new customers via phone, email, other methods of communication - Manage the prospecting, scheduling, and communication around new customer appointments. - Keep accurate data about your customer or prospect for clear understanding of the competitive landscape and the effective completion of a sale including implementation downstream. - Proactively support the onboarding of providers by creating and distributing a variety of written communications as well as having direct 1:1 reach-outs. - Respond to direct emails and other communications types (including calls and text) from providers with a high degree for a quick response time making sure to respond to all provider outreach within a reasonable timeframe - Contribute to the positive, high-performing, and winning culture of the sales team.
