About the Role As the Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact in the sales process for recruiting referral partners for business. This role is ideal for tech-savvy, motivated individuals who build outstanding rapport and take initiative, operating with integrity. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects for partnership opportunities with our clients. About the Company A fast-growing referral marketing agency specializing in partnerships with local service businesses. With a lean, data-driven approach and a highly skilled team, we are a fast-growing startup based on a proven model in a new industry. What You’ll Do * Generate pre-sale opportunities through targeted outreach via phone. * Qualify outbound leads related to target accounts efficiently and effectively to increase conversion rates and enhance the value of the pipeline. * Deliver high-quality outreach that drives engagement with key decision-makers. * Set up meetings with target accounts for client companies. * Maintain lead, account, contact, and opportunity data across CRM platforms. * Keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities. * Work closely with the Customer Success Management team. * Report daily on sales activities and meet performance targets. * Report to a sales manager to review results, roleplay scenarios, and implement revisions. * Strategize with sales management to improve sales processes. Skills, Abilities, and Attributes * Prior sales experience selling to US-based companies. * Located in the Latin American region. * English language speaking, with a standardized test score indicating fluency, such as: * TOEFL: 100+ of 120 * IELTS: 7.5 of 9 * CEFR: C1 level * Cambridge English Qualifications: C1 Advanced (CAE) * Exceptionally self-motivated with a strong desire to learn. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and spoken communication skills. * Proactive attitude and ability to excel in an environment with multiple competing responsibilities. * Ability to think on your feet and display good judgment. * Willingness to go beyond your role, your team, and your comfort zone to make a cross-functional impact on the business. * Proactively seek feedback and use these opportunities to drive consistent improvement. Nice to Haves * Experience selling to local home service professionals, such as insurance agents, property management companies, and restoration companies. * Dynamic communication and persuasion skills.
