Why this role matters: Inbound is the next big chapter at Floowi. Until now, we’ve grown through referrals and outbound. But now, we want to build a predictable, scalable inbound engine that attracts the right clients, nurtures them, and positions Floowi as the go-to partner for agencies. As our Inbound Marketing Strategist, you won’t just “run campaigns.” You’ll be the person who designs the playbook, sets the tone of our voice in the market, and creates the systems that bring new opportunities straight to our pipeline. You’ll work side by side with the CEO, shaping how Floowi grows from here. This is a chance to do the kind of work people usually dream about: build, test, and scale a strategy that leaves your fingerprints on the company’s future. What you’ll own: * Design the inbound engine: from SEO to funnels to automation. * Create content that matters: blogs, ebooks, guides, landing pages that actually attract the right audience. * Launch lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot to turn visitors into warm opportunities. * Manage freelancers (copy, design, video) to execute your vision. * Run supporting campaigns on Google/LinkedIn to fuel inbound traffic. * Track performance, share insights, and constantly optimize for better results. What makes you a fit: * 2+ years in B2B inbound marketing, ideally in SaaS, agencies, or startups. * You know how to win with SEO, content, and lead nurturing. * You are great using AI (at least ChatGPT). * Hands-on with HubSpot (or eager to master it fast). * Strong written and spoken English. * Analytical, creative, and obsessed with growth. * You’re not just looking for a “job”, you want ownership. * Bonus point: Experience with Webflow (not required, but a real advantage).
