The IT Manager will manage the general day-to-day operations of computer systems, networks, programs, infrastructure, helpdesk support, databases, and other technologies across all Tribus operating companies. Additionally, the IT Manager will bridge the gap between IT applications and the rest of the business, ensuring network security and compliance with DoD Information Security programs (CMMC, DFARS). Responsibilities: - Resolve all IT problems submitted by the company’s users in a timely and efficient manner. - Learn and become familiar with new IT capabilities, understand the business implications to the current and future environment, and recommend changes to business processes, as appropriate. Manage licenses, including Office 365. - Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance. - Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems. - Thorough knowledge of all Company computer software and hardware systems. - Identify when third-party resources are necessary and manage these resources accordingly.
