The ERP area consultant is responsible for the follow-up and management necessary for solving issues reported in the Mekano help desk for internal and external clients, complying with the committed SLAs, and the support in the execution of regression tests for the new releases of our product portfolio. Key responsibilities: ⚡ Achieve an in-depth and detailed understanding of each business solution to become the internal expert for the client. ⚡ Autonomously manage the resolution of internal or external issues that prevent the operational continuity of customers. ⚡ Carry out quality tests on the new developments requested, guaranteeing that they meet the quality required by our clients and the company's standards. ⚡ Perform installations in our clients' different application environments or settings. Additional requirements: ⚡ Professional with university studies in engineering. ⚡ Experience of at least five years working on world-class ERP implementations. ⚡ Indispensable knowledge in ERP world-class Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 in financial and logistics modules. ⚡ Desirable experience in ERP cloud implementation. ⚡ Technical English required, conversational English desirable. ⚡ Desirable knowledge and experience in agile/scrum methodologies and ERP implementation.
