A luxury hotel in Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, with 16 villas, is seeking a VIP Guest Butler. The hotel is committed to providing an exceptional experience with elegance and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Butler dedicated to delivering superior services.
🔵 Responsibilities:
◽ Warmly greet guests upon arrival and familiarize them with the hotel’s amenities.
◽ Anticipate guests' needs and promptly address queries.
◽ Research and provide dining and entertainment recommendations; make necessary reservations.
◽ Offer directions and information about local points of interest.
◽ Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
◽ Ensure rooms and common areas meet and exceed guest standards.
🔵 Requirements:
◽ Proven experience as a butler in the hospitality or catering/event planning industry.
◽ Ability to speak Russian and English.
◽ Efficient multitasking and organizational skills.
◽ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
◽ Sharp attention to detail.
◽ Discretion and professionalism.
◽ Previous customer service experience.
◽ Open to vaccinated and unvaccinated candidates.
🔵 Benefits:

◽ Attractive salary package: 4000 AED monthly + 250 AED Language Allowance + 320 AED Service Charge, increasing to 5000 AED after 6 months.
