Job DescriptionEARNEST Partners is seeking candidates with industry experience (e.g., consumer, energy, financial services, healthcare, …) for a position on the Equity investment team. Prior finance experience is not required – in fact, we value individuals with diverse backgrounds and real-world operating experience – as we believe that industry practitioners can bring insights that help us make outperforming investment decisions.You will be part of a diverse investment team with an immediate ability to make a real impact by generating stock ideas as well as scrutinizing recommendations made by other team members.
