We are looking for a passionate individual to be the Chief of Staff to our President International. This role will be part of a transformational team facilitating strategic initiatives, championing employee engagement, and driving commercial success across the international markets. The Chief of Staff serves as an air traffic controller, an integrator, a communicator, an honest broker, and a confidant. This is a dynamic and scalable role that serves as a trusted go-to resource for the President International and the International Leadership Team. As the Chief of Staff, you will support the President International in key decision-making, partner with the President for annual planning, facilitate employee engagement, and orchestrate effective team meetings with agility and impact. Responsibilities: - Support the President International in key decision making through strategic partnership, research, and recommendation. - Partner with President International for annual planning including the assessment and development of growth strategies by market and the consolidation of an aligned annual strategic plan. - Support goal setting and tracking of key performance indicators linked to strategic objectives and big bets for growth across the region. - Act as Program Manager for President International activities such as thought leadership, employee engagement, and client interactions. - Develop relationships with key stakeholders globally across Sterling. - Facilitate employee engagement and people integration activities that promote an inclusive team culture. - Orchestrate effective team meetings with agility and impact, with a focus on identifying and closing out action items and follow-ups. Support in budgeting and partner with finance on forecast, actuals, and P&L.
