- Partner with the Product Managers and internal business stakeholders to develop processes and features in Salesforce. - Administer Salesforce instance and manage connected integrations such as Outreach, HubSpot, and more. - Respond to, scope and prioritise Salesforce user requests and assist with developing solutions to address business needs. - Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the platform. - Lead technical design sessions and architecting/documenting technical solutions aligned with the stakeholders’ business objectives. - Perform frequent data quality checks to ensure Salesforce data is accurate. - Recommend improving existing business processes using Salesforce and other revenue technology. - Assist the Product & Engineering team with implementing and testing new Systems functionality that supports business requirements.
