Founded in 2017, Unit8 is a fast-growing Swiss AI and data analytics consulting and services company. We work with some of the biggest organisations in Europe to solve their business challenges. We have successfully delivered more than 130 projects and have grown to 110+ talented individuals across 5 office locations. We dedicate a part of our resources and time on projects that deeply matter to us - that includes collaboration on pro-bono and “engineering for good” causes. Unit8 is looking to establish a substantial presence in Germany. The purpose of the role is to actively solve our customers' problems and support them in becoming a data-driven company. You will design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and processing systems, help drive optimization, testing and tooling to improve data quality, and interact with our clients to understand their data-related challenges. Responsibilities: - Design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot data pipelines and processing systems - Help drive optimization, testing and tooling to improve data quality - Collaborate with other software engineers, ML experts and stakeholders - Work in multi-functional agile teams to continuously experiment, iterate and deliver on new product objectives - Interact with our clients to understand their data-related challenges and related tech and business questions they need to answer - Support sales activities with your technical expertise
