🔸 Develop and implement strategies for managing customer data, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and segmentation.
🔸 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns based on customer insights.
🔸 Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, such as customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
🔸 Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
🔸 Monitor data quality and integrity, and implement processes to improve accuracy and completeness.
🔸 Work with IT teams to ensure that CRM systems and other data sources are integrated and functioning properly.
🔸 Develop and maintain documentation related to data management processes and procedures.
🔸 Provide training and support to other teams on CRM systems and data analysis techniques.
🔸 Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate third-party data sources into CRM systems.
