As architectural sales representative, you will be responsible for handling: customer service inquiries and resolving customer issues associated with serving the company's customer base, while also conducting outbound sales prospecting activities to meet or exceed the company's monthly sales goals. 🤑 If you're contacted, we'll let you know how commissions work. 🟠 Requirements: 🔸 Strong organizational and time management skills. 🔸 Ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions. 🔸 Ability to organize, break down, and clearly articulate complex thoughts, ideas, and instructions in written form. 🔸 Ability to work in a self-directed way. 🔸 Love of a fast-moving environment. 🔸 Nice to have: Experience with design and construction projects. 🟠 Responsibilities: 🔸 Handle customer service inquiries and resolve customer issues associated with serving the company's customer base. 🔸 Respond to all customer contact, as well as more complex customer issues and/or complaints. 🔸 Resolve customer requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. 🔸 Use computer applications to provide professional service. 🔸 Coordinate communications with customers, clients, and vendors, and escalate areas of concern to the appropriated supervisory staff. 🔸 Contact customers, via phone and e-mail, regarding their open invoices and billing disputes. 🔸 Maintain a high level of outbound sales prospecting activities. 🔸 Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections, negotiate and close business. 🔸 Exceed the company's monthly sales goal.
