Responsibilities

The Software Implementation Engineer is responsible for collaborating with Project Managers to deliver, customize, develop, and successfully implement the TKL software solution. This involves a combination of coding and SQL DBA table configuration as part of the software setup and integration with external systems via REST/SOAP. Software setups will include customer-specific functions related to BI, reporting, and SQL query development. The engineer will create detailed process documentation for customer use and address any quality or functional issues discovered in the deployed software configuration. As part of the interface deployment, the engineer will develop workflows and decision flows using a decision management framework for business process configuration. This framework utilizes a SQL table input model and a drag-and-drop software configuration interface. The goal of the Software Implementation Engineer is to build efficient, intelligent automation for digital financing business processes, helping customers enhance fair lending globally and making digital lending accessible, intelligent, and affordable. Requirements: * Hybrid role located in Guadalajara, Mexico * Proficiency in coding languages such as C#, .NET, or Python * Experience with SQL/MSSQL table structures * Ability to create SQL queries and perform table merges * Experience working with SOAP/REST APIs * Ability to learn new technologies and software * Excellent English communication skills * Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude * Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking * BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * Ability to work in the office 1–2 times per week Responsibilities: * Understand customer challenges and key business goals through discovery calls, discussions, and workshops * Translate business requirements within the project scope into specific technical requirements for software deployment * Identify business requirements outside the contract scope and communicate them to the project team * Utilize coding languages (e.g., C#, .NET) and frameworks/systems (e.g., AngularJS, Git) * Create and define SQL queries (basic and advanced) * Configure and develop process automation systems using visual business and decision flow tools * Develop efficient automation processes with well-structured, maintainable visual process and decision flows based on customer requirements * Collaborate with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts * Integrate the company’s software components with third-party data sources and programs via APIs * Design UI forms, business process logic, and decision flows based on predictive models and business rules * Gather and evaluate user feedback * Recommend and execute software improvements * Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software after deployment in the customer’s environment
