This role oversees the end-to-end execution and optimization of the online store to ensure a seamless shopping experience and maximize sales performance. Responsibilities include managing product listings, enhancing site visibility, and improving conversion rates through data-driven experimentation and user-centric strategies. Key Responsibilities: 🛒 E-commerce Operations * Manage daily store operations across Shopify or equivalent platforms. * Coordinate new product uploads, inventory tracking, and collection curation. * Ensure all product information, pricing, and visuals are accurate and up-to-date. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, design, and logistics to maintain operational efficiency. 📦 Product Listing Management * Create, upload, and optimize product listings with clear titles, detailed descriptions, sizing information, and keyword-rich copy. * Maintain visual consistency across imagery, alt-text, and variant organization. * Implement tagging, categorization, and merchandising strategies for intuitive navigation. 🔍 On-Site SEO * Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and URLs to enhance organic visibility. * Conduct keyword research to align product pages with search intent. * Improve internal linking and site architecture to support SEO growth. * Monitor and report on traffic sources, ranking performance, and CTR trends. 📈 Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) * Analyze customer behavior through heatmaps, funnels, and analytics tools. * Test variations of product pages, banners, CTAs, and landing layouts to increase add-to-cart and checkout rates. * Collaborate on UX/UI improvements to enhance navigation and reduce friction points. * Develop and report on A/B testing insights to guide data-driven design decisions.
