A leading employee-owned commercial builder is hiring a Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, contracts, QA/QC, and client relationships for large-scale civic/public works and commercial builds (\$25M–\$100M). This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, employee-owned company where your leadership directly shapes outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Lead projects from preconstruction (budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews) through final closeout. * Manage financials, contracts, subcontractor buyouts, and risk. * Oversee schedules (P6), QA/QC compliance, and safety programs. * Partner with clients, architects, and subcontractors for smooth execution. * Deliver reporting on project financials, schedules, and performance. Must Have: * Bachelor’s in Construction Mgmt, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related field. * 7+ years’ experience managing \$25M–\$100M construction projects. * Civic/Public Works experience. * Proficiency in MS Office, P6 Scheduling, BIM. * Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Good To Have: * Experience in healthcare, education, government, entertainment, or mixed-use construction. * Employee-owned company/project management background. * Advanced certifications (PMP, CCM).
