We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Integration Engineer with strong expertise in HL7, healthcare interoperability, and interface engine technologies to design, develop, implement, and support healthcare system integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and technical requirements for healthcare system integrations.Design, develop, configure, and implement HL7 v2.x interfaces.Integrate EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS, PACS, billing, and third-party healthcare applications.Perform message mapping, transformation, routing, validation, and troubleshooting.Monitor interface engine performance and support system availability.Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.Support client implementations, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization.Create and maintain interface specifications, technical documentation, and support procedures.Collaborate with developers, clinicians, vendors, and project teams.Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.Required SkillsHL7 & Healthcare InteroperabilityStrong hands-on experience with HL7 v2.xADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, MDM, and VXU message typesHealthcare interoperability workflowsFHIR, CDA/CCD, X12, and DICOM exposure is preferredInterface Engines – Hands-on experience with one or moreMirth Connect / NextGen ConnectCloverleafRhapsodyEnsemble / IRIS for HealthCorepointIBM Integration ToolsTechnical SkillsSQL and database querying – Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQLXML, JSON, XSLTREST/SOAP Web Services and API integrationsJavaScript, Java, Python, or similar scriptingTCP/IP, VPN, SFTP, and secure healthcare data exchangeNice to HaveAzure, AWS, or GCP integration experienceDevOps / CI/CD exposureHIPAA, HITECH, and healthcare compliance knowledgeLarge-scale healthcare data migration experience📩 Interested candidates can DM me or share resume at hemant.s@e-solutionsinc.com
