Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Solutions Specialist – Integrations with strong hands-on experience in integration design, API solutioning, HubSpot, Make.com, and client-facing solutioning.The ideal candidate should understand business requirements, analyse APIs, design reliable integrations, troubleshoot issues, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign one-way, bi-directional, real-time, webhook-based, and scheduled integrations across HubSpot, ERP, finance, and other systems.Work with REST APIs, HTTP methods/status codes, webhooks, JSON/XML, CRUD, headers, parameters, and request bodies.Handle OAuth 2.0, API Keys, Basic Authentication, JWT, and Bearer Tokens.Read API documentation, authenticate APIs, retrieve data, and perform create/update operations using Postman.Define data mapping, transformation, validation, deduplication, record matching, external IDs, and source-of-truth rules.Design solutions for pagination, rate limits, retries, timeouts, idempotency, conflicts, duplicate prevention, and circular updates.Implement error handling, monitoring, logging, alerts, reconciliation, and failed-record reprocessing.Use Make.com for scenarios, webhooks, HTTP modules, routers, filters, iterators, aggregators, scheduling, and error handling.Design HubSpot solutions involving objects, properties, associations, pipelines, workflows, automation, and external integrations.Work across Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Data/Operations capabilities.Conduct discovery sessions, understand As-Is and To-Be processes, identify gaps, and create integration solutions.Prepare solution architecture, data-flow diagrams, field mappings, integration specifications, testing, and technical documentation.Communicate effectively with clients, developers, stakeholders, and delivery teams.Must-Have Requirements3–4 years of experience in integrations, solution design, or business systems.Strong hands-on experience in integration design and API solutioning.Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, data synchronisation, and integration reliability.Advanced practical experience with HubSpot solutioning and integrations.Strong hands-on experience with Make.com.Relevant HubSpot certifications.Strong troubleshooting and testing skills.Strong business analysis, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to independently understand new APIs and design practical integration solutions.ImportantWe are specifically looking for candidates with genuine hands-on integration design experience combined with strong HubSpot exposure, rather than profiles focused mainly on CRM administration, configuration, or basic workflow setup.
