No Selling or Quoting: You identify shippers with moving freight, hand them to our US Freight Brokers, and get paid when they book their first load.

$100 – $150 USD for every qualified lead that books their first load with our brokers.

What You’ll Do
Log into our web CRM whenever you choose during US business hours.
Call past clients and warm leads using our provided script/talking points.
Ask simple discovery questions to see if they have active freight needs.
Route high-potential shippers to our internal broker team and log your notes.
What We Look For
Fluent English: Natural, friendly phone presence (sounding conversational, not like a script reader).
Phone/Sales Experience: Background in US outbound calling, appointment setting, customer service, or telemarketing.
Basic Workspace Setup: Quiet place to make calls, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet.
Career Path
