We're looking for a Lead Software Engineer to build next-gen endpoint automation, deployment, and patching solutions.What you'll do:Design an endpoint decision engine (state scanning, CVE-driven prioritization, task sequencing, multi-reboot orchestration)Build zero-disruption Windows update mechanismsDevelop WinPE-based recovery environments & image-free OS installationEnable bare-metal/internet-boot recovery for unbootable systemsExtend Windows Autopilot for dependency-aware provisioningImplement pre-boot Microsoft Entra ID authenticationAutomate driver, BIOS & firmware updates across OEM devicesSupport VDI, Windows 365 Cloud PC & AVD provisioningMentor engineers & collaborate directly with the CTO/Product leadershipWhat you bring:10+ years in systems-level Windows developmentDeep Windows Internals expertise (boot, services, registry, tokens, privilege management)Hands-on with WinPE, task sequencing, unattended installs, driver/app packagingExpert C/C++ and/or C#/.NET + advanced PowerShellExperience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, BigFix, Kaseya, or similarFamiliarity with Windows code signing, Secure Boot, EV certsProven architecture & team mentorship experienceGood to have: Commercial Windows deployment/patching product experience, vulnerability management (CVE/CVSS), Azure/CDN experience, macOS internals & code signing knowledge.📋 Candidates must be open to full BGV, employment verification, and documentation checks.
