The individual will support projects for the Scientific Informatics division at Excelra for the Biopharma and Biotech customers. The individual will provide the technical and delivery management skills required to analyse customer needs and gaps to propose and implement solutions for the desired state. He or she will have to work with scientists and business/IT managers at Customers in conjunction with the delivery team to configure the Benchling ELN.Your responsibilities?Leading Benchling implementation, designing the data model, forms, and templates as part of implementation.Provide Benchling training on configuration to internal delivery team and the customer key usersScientific business analysis skills to review scientific business processes and systems.
