We are looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist with experience in Personal Injury to support a U.S.-based law firm.The ideal candidate is confident speaking with potential clients, gathering case information, following up on leads, and working efficiently in Filevine.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients.Conduct initial Personal Injury intake interviews.Gather accident, injury, insurance, and medical information.Follow up with leads and potential clients.Enter and maintain accurate case information in Filevine.Assist with retainer agreements and intake documentation.Maintain professional and compassionate communication with clients.RequirementsPrevious experience in Personal Injury intake or a U.S. Personal Injury law firm.Fluent English and Spanish — strong verbal and written communication required.Experience using Filevine.Excellent phone and customer service skills.Strong follow-up and organizational skills.Long-Term OpportunityIf you have Personal Injury experience, enjoy speaking with clients, and know how to manage the intake process from initial contact through signing, we’d love to hear from you!Please send your resume and a short video to careers@horizonpremierstaffing.com
