In addition, eClarity has raised over $100m USD in debt/equity financing for its portfolio companies over the past number of years.We are building the best DTC finance people in the world and are a market leader globally in the space.Depending on the size of our clients’ businesses, we deliver our support in a number of ways, from providing fractional CFO services and strategic finance support through to a fully outsourced finance function covering bookkeeping, payroll, tax, forecasting, fundraising, commercial advisory, cash flow management, banking and more.https://www.linkedin.com/company/eclarity/About the RoleAs FP&A Analyst, you will support the FP&A Manager and wider finance team in delivering forecasting, reporting and commercial insights across a portfolio of fast-growing DTC and eCommerce brands.This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their FP&A or commercial finance career who wants exposure to multiple businesses, founders and growth-stage environments. You'll play a key role in building reports, analysing performance and helping clients understand the commercial drivers behind their numbers.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Support & Financial AnalysisSupport the preparation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts and financial models across multiple DTC and eCommerce clientsAssist with weekly and monthly reporting, helping identify key performance trends and business driversAnalyse revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, customer acquisition costs and cash flow performanceProduce reporting packs and dashboards that help clients make better commercial decisionsSupport scenario planning and growth modelling exercisesHelp translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for founders and leadership teamsReporting & Data ManagementMaintain reporting templates and financial models to ensure accuracy and consistencyWork with large datasets across multiple systems including Shopify, Amazon, marketing platforms and finance systemsSupport month-end performance reviews and forecast updatesAssist with data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracyInternal & Platform SupportSupport the FP&A Manager and eCommerce Head of Finance across the wider client portfolioHelp improve forecasting processes, reporting frameworks and analytical toolsContribute to automation projects and process improvementsSupport internal KPI reporting as eClarity continues to scaleWhat We're Looking For1–3 years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, finance analyst, management accounts or a similar analytical finance roleStrong Excel and/or Google Sheets skillsExperience working with large datasets using Google BigQuery (or similar cloud-based data warehousing tools) to extract, analyse and interpret business performance dataComfortable working with data and identifying trendsStrong attention to detail and analytical mindsetExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearlyCommercially curious and interested in understanding how businesses growProactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop quicklyExperience within eCommerce, DTC, retail, marketplace or subscription businesses would be advantageous but not essentialWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate and reliable reporting delivered consistentlyForecasts and models that support effective business decisionsMeaningful commercial insights that help clients understand performanceStrong support provided to the FP&A Manager and wider finance teamContinuous improvement of reporting processes and analytical outputsWhy Join eClarity?Work across multiple fast-growing DTC brands rather than just one businessFully remote and flexible working environmentExposure to founders, operators and senior finance leadersExceptional learning and development opportunitiesClear progression pathway into FP&A Manager and Commercial Finance positionsJoin a high-growth, specialist eCommerce finance businessBenefitsUp to £40,000 salary (DOE)Fully remote working (UK)Strong progression and development opportunitiesExposure to a wide range of high-growth brandsSupportive, high-calibre finance teamIf this sounds like you, hit apply or email Kyle at kyle@hypergrowthrec.co.uk to find out more!
