We are hiring for Sales Development Representatives Bilinguals (Vietnamese).This is 100% purely remote.Requirements:Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience including but not limited to Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Customer Service, TranslationMust be good in English and local language (Vietnamese)Responsibilities:Duties of this position include but are not limited to:Content Translation from English to Vietnamese (Local Language) and outreach customization in line with local market strategyQualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunitiesMulti-Channel outreach via call, email, social media (LinkedIn), Instant Messaging and events marketingExplain products or services and prices, and answer questions from target prospectsGather and validate information (Company Information, Contact Information, Tech Stack etc) from the contact engagement, online sources and lists purchased from other organizationsDocument in the CRM what transpired in the conversations and engagements with target prospects including their current setup, evaluation timelines, pain points etcSchedule appointments (online or face to face) for the client's sales representative/s to meet with the target prospects and attend sales presentations/discovery calls.Build long-term trusting relationships with clientsProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketReport to the Production Manager/Client Success Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) basisStay up-to-date with new products/services and will undergo product training and supportProgram Assignment: Minimum of 2 AccountsUtilize the client's CRM for outreach and record updatesOther tasks that are assigned by the direct supervisor
