Ignite IT is hiring a Jr. AI Prompt EngineerWork directly with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption, develop and refine prompts, design AI-enabled workflows, and support the implementation of AI solutions that improve mission and business operations. This role focuses on helping users adopt and apply AI technologies to solve real operational challenges.TasksDesign, test, refine, and document reusable prompts and prompt workflows for approved large language model platforms.Develop and support AI-enabled workflows that improve operational efficiency and automate manual processes.Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with mission requirements.Support rapid prototyping, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.Identify opportunities for advanced AI capabilities, automation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI solutions.Support demonstrations, training sessions, and user adoption activities.
