This is a remote opportunity.The Role:Ten or more years of systems engineering, system integration, or application infrastructure experience supporting federal or DoD systems. Must have hands-on experience with production and non-production environments, deployment coordination, system interfaces, environment baselines, monitoring dashboards/alerts, incident troubleshooting, DR readiness, and technical documentation.Experience supporting Entellitrak, Tyler case management, Java/JEE application platforms, SQL Server-backed systems, milCloud or DoD cloud-hosted environments, identity federation, SAML, ForgeRock, iAS, and ServiceNow.The PWS specifically requires transition of EEOCDS from ForgeRock Policy Agent to iAS SAML Authentication, O&M support, SQL Server maintenance, RCA, database performance testing/tuning, custom dashboards and alerts, and Tier III production support.Certifications:Security+, CISSP, Microsoft/Azure, AWS GovCloud, ITIL, VMware, SQL Server, or relevant identity/federation certifications.
